Simplus Club Membership Rules

To provide better service, Simplus Club has established the Membership Rules. This version mainly includes: member identity, membership levels, S Coins, benefits, code of conduct, privacy policy, and terms. We explain your rights and obligations clearly to avoid misunderstanding. This version was updated on July 11, 2025.

Before you register and join Simplus Club, please read these Membership Rules carefully (called “these Rules”). Please pay special attention to the terms highlighted in bold, underlined, colored, or marked in other ways — such as rules on membership accounts, code of conduct, and updates. These terms may directly affect your rights and interests. When you join activities in Simplus Club, we understand that you have fully read, understood, and agree to follow these Rules.

 

Membership Identity

You can register as a Simplus Club (called “Member”) through the Simplus Club Membership Center. When you buy full-priced products through Simplus official channels, your membership level will change according to the membership level rules.

Official channels include:

  • Simplus offline stores
  • Simplus Official Member Mall
  • Simplus Official Stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok

*Full-priced products mean items (including main products and accessories) bought from official stores on any platform.
This does not include redeemed gifts or other benefit products.

If there is no purchase, or if the total spending falls below the required amount within 365 calendar days after your upgrade,
your level will be adjusted based on your actual spending in the past 365 calendar days.

The lowest level after downgrade is Standard Member.

Silver

After registration, spend a total of ฿1,000 on full-priced products within 365 calendar days at Simplus official channels

Spend ฿1,000 again within 365 calendar days after level change to maintain

Gold

After registration, spend a total of ฿5,000 on full-priced products within 365 calendar days at Simplus official channels

Spend ฿5,000 again within 365 calendar days after level change to maintain

Platinum

After registration, spend a total of ฿10,000 on full-priced products within 365 calendar days at Simplus official channels

Spend ฿10,000 again within 365 calendar days after level change to maintain

Diamond

After registration, spend a total of ฿20,000 on full-priced products within 365 calendar days at Simplus official channels

Spend ฿20,000 again within 365 calendar days after level change to maintain

 

*Important Notes on Membership Level and Validity:

  • The required successful transaction amount refers to the actual amount paid by the member for Simplus/INSSA full-priced products on all platforms.
  • Except for Standard Members, all membership levels are valid for 365 calendar days from the date of upgrade.
  • If your spending on full-priced products within 365 calendar days meets the amount required for a certain level, your membership will update to that level.
  • After upgrade, the products you buy will enjoy the benefits of your new level.

 

Simplus Coins Rules

What are Simplus Coins (S Coins):

Simplus Coins, also called S Coins, are brand-exclusive shopping credits to reward customers. You can earn S Coins when you buy full-priced products or join brand activities through official channels.

S Coins can be used to:

  • Redeem gifts of equal value
  • Deduct cash when you buy products

 

How to Earn Simplus Coins:

  1. Earn by Purchase
    • When you buy full-priced products from the Simplus Club Membership Mall, you will earn 1× the actual paid amount as S Coins after a successful purchase, unless stated otherwise.
  • Any cash discounts (such as exclusive member coupons or other platform promotion discounts) will not be included when calculating S Coins.
  • For special promotions, please follow the rules shown on the event page.
  • When Will You Receive Your S Coins?
  • Purchases from the Membership Mall — S Coins will be credited within 7 calendar days after all items are delivered.
  • Purchases from online platforms — You need to register the product warranty in Simplus Club and verify your order number. S Coins will be credited within 15 calendar days after order completion.
  • Purchases from offline official stores — You also need to register the product warranty in Simplus Club. S Coins will be credited within 15 calendar days after your purchase.

*Attention:

  • During big sales or system upgrades, S Coins and membership updates may take longer — please wait patiently.
  • If you return or refund your order, your membership level and S Coins will be adjusted based on the final paid amount.
  • If you exchange products, your membership level and S Coins will be adjusted based on the final paid amount after the exchange.
  • S Coins are not awarded for non-full-priced purchases
    Payments for non-full-priced products (such as birthday gifts, paid trials, shipping fees, S Coins redemptions, lottery prizes) will not earn S Coins or count toward membership level.
    If you are not sure, please check with customer service before joining any activity.

    You can also earn S Coins by joining brand activities on official channels, such as Simplus Club.
    Please follow the rules on the campaign page for each activity.

 

  1. Earn by Membership Activities
    You can get S Coins when you:
  • Register as a member
  • Complete your membership information
  • Use membership benefits (such as birthday month rewards) etc.

Please follow the detailed instructions on the event or member page for each benefit.

 

Usage Rules:

  1. Cash Deduction:
    S Coins can only be used in the Simplus Club Membership Mall. You can use them to deduct a certain percentage of the actual payment for each order. The exact percentage will be shown on the page. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
  2. Redeem Gifts:
    You can use your S Coins to join gift redemption activities in the Simplus Club. Details like conditions, required amounts, and rules will be provided on the activity page.
  3. Returns and Refunds:
    If you return or refund an order, the S Coins used for deduction in that order will be deducted from your account accordingly.
  4. Validity Rules:

S Coins become effective on the date they are credited to the member’s account.

Their validity period lasts until the end of the 12th calendar month calculated from the month of credit. The month of credit is counted as the first month, and validity is calculated based on calendar months rather than specific days.

Examples:

If S Coins are credited on any date in January 2026, they will expire on January 31, 2027 at 23:59:59.(GMT+8:00)

If S Coins are credited on any date in February 2026, they will expire on February 28, 2027 at 23:59:59.(GMT+8:00)

Redemption Order

When members redeem S Coins, the system will deduct the coins that were earned earliest and are closest to expiration first.

Expiration Policy

Any unused S Coins that exceed the validity period will be automatically forfeited. No reissuance or extension will be provided after expiration.

 

Member Benefits

All benefits you get as a Simplus Club member can only be used within Simplus Club. Unless otherwise notified, benefits cannot be used on other channels or platforms.

Please note that benefits have limits on usage time, places, and conditions. For detailed information about each benefit—such as content, amount, redemption rules, usage scope, validity period, and other restrictions—please refer to the terms and conditions on the specific activity or benefit page. Benefits that are not used within the specified period or used in ways that do not follow the activity rules will expire without compensation.

  1. Complete Your Information:
    After joining as a member, please complete your member information promptly. If you don’t update it on time, it may affect your birthday benefits. (Changing birthday information during the birthday month, except at first registration, will not allow you to receive birthday benefits for that month.)
  2. Birthday Benefits:
  • Eligible members will automatically receive S Coins matching their membership level on the 1st day of their birthday month.
  • For eligible members who complete their information and enter their birthday month for the first time, S Coins will be automatically issued the next day.

Please Note:

  • Except for first registration, if you change your birthday information to the current month, the change and related benefits will take effect the following year.
  • If your membership level changes (upgrade, maintain, or downgrade) within the same calendar year, birthday benefits will not be issued again.
  • Benefits cannot be claimed repeatedly from different official channels.
  • Changing birthday information may cause you to lose birthday benefits for the current or next year, so please be cautious when updating it.

Member Conduct Code

  1. As a member, you must make sure that all information you provide is true and legal. You are fully responsible for the information you submit, including personal details, privacy, copyrights, image rights, and more.
  • Simplus will treat the following information as belonging to the same member: the same ID card, phone number, third-party platform account, email, device ID, IP address, or similar delivery address and contact details.
  • If you use the same member information to register repeatedly or try to gain extra membership benefits, Simplus has the right to cancel those repeated accounts. We may also suspend or permanently stop your membership rights and the use of earned S Coins.
  1. Your member account, membership level, S Coins, benefits, and order information are for your personal use only. You may not transfer, lend, gift, or share them with others.
  2. It is forbidden to misuse your account or join member activities in improper ways. If you do, Simplus may block your account. Examples of improper behavior include:
  • Using dishonest methods or breaking good faith rules to join activities, such as cheating with others, using machines to gain S Coins, or disturbing the event order.
  • Using dishonest methods to make transactions, such as robot orders, unfairly getting discounts, making fake orders, giving false order information, or using system loopholes.
  • Making transactions without real buying intent, like using the refund process just to gain member benefits, making large numbers of refunds, or using S Coins to redeem gifts and then refunding the order.
  • Using member benefits for profit or illegal gains, or transferring them in any form. Simplus also has the right to stop benefits if we reasonably believe you are not using them for your personal needs.
  1. Under the following situations, and within the limits of applicable laws and regulations, Simplus or its stores have the right to block your account or cancel all your member benefits without prior notice. Simplus also reserves the right to take legal action:
  • System failure, delays, or force majeure events happen — or may happen — that might stop members from joining activities or/and using some/all member benefits.
  • Another person makes a complaint against you and provides initial evidence.
  • Your account shows unusual activity that may harm or risk the rights of you, Simplus, or others.
  • You use someone else’s account by mistake or on purpose, register with another person’s phone number or order number, or use another person’s account for verification.
  • You break any of the rules listed in S Coins 1–3 of the Member Conduct Code.
  • You use your membership in ways that break laws, regulations, or good social standards.
  • Your account has been blacklisted.
  1. Your account will be blacklisted if your S Coins balance drops below -500:

5.1 Blacklist Restrictions:

  • If your account is blacklisted, you will lose all member rights and cannot join any member activities — including, but not limited to, S Coins lottery, S Coins redemption, and other S Coins events. Any orders from S Coins redemption will be canceled with no delivery, and rewards like birthday gifts or welcome gifts will also be stopped.
  • Once blacklisted, any member benefits you received must be returned. The brand can cancel any related transactions or rights that break the activity rules or membership terms, without giving notice. Simplus also reserves the right to take legal action.
  • If your account is blacklisted two times or more, it will be permanently blocked.

5.2 How to Remove from Blacklist:

  • If your account was blacklisted because your S Coins went below -500, you can earn S Coins according to the membership rules. Once your balance reaches 0 or more, the system will automatically remove your account from the blacklist.
  • If blacklisting happened due to system error, delay, or internet issues (not caused by you), you can contact customer service. After checking, Simplus will remove you from the blacklist and restore your member rights.

 

*Other Notes:

  • In special cases like system errors, delays, or human mistakes that cause wrong S Coins or membership level, Simplus has the right to correct your S Coins or spending record. We may inform you by SMS, in-app message, push notification, phone, or email. Please also check your account on Simplus official channels for updates on your spending and S Coins.
  • Unless the law clearly states otherwise, Simplus is not responsible for any indirect or incidental losses you may suffer when joining member activities — whether caused by violation, breach of contract, or other reasons. Simplus is also not responsible for losses caused by third parties.

PII, as defined by privacy laws and information security standards, means information that can identify, contact, or locate a person, either on its own or when combined with other information.

We apply different security steps when you place an order, enter, submit, or access your information to protect it.
All transactions are handled by a payment gateway provider. We do not store or process any payment details on our servers.

 

Do We Allow Third-Party Tracking?

If you wish to stop receiving our emails, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of any email we send. We will promptly remove you from all future communications.
