Note: When installing the dough roller and egg beater, ensure the rod with the white attachment is inserted into the left slot, while the other rod is inserted into the right slot. Reverse installation may cause food entanglement and damage the machine.
Ⅲ. Operation Instruction
Installation Instruction
- Remove all accessories from the packaging box.
- Press “RELEASE” to raise the mixer stand and place the stainless steel mixing bowl into the base.
- Press “RELEASE” to lower the mixer stand and return it to its original position.
- Insert the egg beater into the mixer slot and gently turn it until it clicks into place.
- Insert the mixer downward into the slot on the electric mixer stand. Once securely locked in place, plug the mixer into an electrical outlet. When powered on, the blue indicator light will illuminate.
Usage Instruction
- Place the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl.
- The initial switch position is set to “0”, indicating the machine is not running.
- Once the desired consistency is achieved, slide the speed control switch to the “0” setting. After the egg beater has completely stopped rotating, unplug the blender.
- Press “RELEASE” to raise the mixer stand, and remove the stainless steel bowl.
- Press the mixer release button on the back of the mixer to remove the mixer. Press the “EJECT” button to eject, remove the egg beater, and store it properly.

Note:
- To prevent splashing, place the egg beater or dough roller into the batter before starting the appliance.
- Set the rotational speed according to the type of ingredient. Always start operation at low speed, then gradually increase the rotational speed. When the mixture thickens during processing, switch to a higher speed setting to increase power.
- To prevent motor overheating, the equipment must not operate continuously for more than 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, it must be shut down for cooling. The shutdown period must be no less than 5 minutes, until the motor cools to room temperature. Pulse Mode (TURBO): Do not use continuously for more than 1 minute.
Ⅳ. Cleaning and maintenance
- Before cleaning, unplug the power cord and allow the device to cool down.
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp towel. Do not submerge the entire unit in water or rinse it under a faucet.
- Before cleaning the egg beate, dough roller and steel bowl, remove them from the blender first.
- Do not clean with steel wool, abrasive cleaner, or corrosive liquid.
- Take extra care when handling sharp cutting blades, emptying containers, and during cleaning procedures.
- Please allow all product components to dry completely before storing.
- This product should be stored in a dry, cool place during prolonged storage. Keep away from dust, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.
- Do not place the product in the dishwasher for cleaning.
Ⅴ. Cautions
- Before use, ensure the marked voltage matches your local mains supply. Only use the original or manufacturer-specified power cord and charger.
- Please allow all product components to air dry completely before storing.
- Do not use if the plug, power cord, or product itself is damaged. Do not disassemble or modify the product yourself. Pllease contact customer service in time.
- Do not leave the mixer unattended while it is in operation.
- Avoid contact with moving during operation, keep hands, clothing, and device such as scraper away from the beater to reduce the risk of injury or damage to the equipment.
- To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the blender, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids. This action may result in personal injury or product damage.
- Do not allow the power cord to hang over the edge of a table or countertop, and do not let the power cord come into contact with high-temperature surfaces (including stoves).
- Do not use this device outdoors.
- Before replacing parts or touching moving components, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.
- Always disconnect the power supply to the equipment when it is unattended, and before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
- This product is for household use only. If this product is used improperly, for professional or semi-professional purposes, or not in accordance with the instructions in this manual, the warranty for this product will be void, and the company shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.
- This product is not suitable for use by persons with physical, cognitive, or mental impairments, or those lacking knowledge or experience, including children, unless under the direct supervision and guidance of a responsible adult.
