When cooking rice, add water to the level indicated on the scale inside the inner pot that corresponds to the number of cups of rice used. Use the included measuring cup to measure rice.
For example: to cook 6 cups of rice, fill the water up to the “6” mark.

①The food and water level should not be below the “1/5” mark on the inner pot.
②The water level corresponding to 12 cups of rice
NOTICE:

Notice: Before closing the lid, make sure that the sealing ring is installed and properly positioned.

7. Releasing Pressure: The cooker is under pressure after cooking if it hasn't cooled down naturally. You can press the button on the lid handle to speed up pressure release. For foods with a lot of starch or thick liquid, it is recommended to release pressure indirectly until the float valve drops back into position.

8. Open the lid: Hold the lid handle firmly, rotate the lid clockwise until the arrow “▼” aligns with the unlock mark “ ”on the body cover and then lift the lid.

4. Functional Tips
(1) The actual cooking time may slightly differ from the default values due to variations in voltage, water level, or rice type. To prevent rice from clumping, fluff the rice within 30 minutes after the cooker enters the temperature preservation mode.
(2) After cooking rice, keeping it in the temperature preservation mode for 15 more minutes will improve the texture and flavor.
(3) After cooking porridge or beans, allow the cooker to cool down naturally until pressure is fully released. Do not release pressure manually, as it may cause hot liquid to spurt out.
(4) Never exceed the “4/5 Full” maximum water level when cooking.
(5) Regularly check the steam vent pipe to ensure it is not blocked. Clean the pressure release valve and sealing ring periodically.
(6) During operation, the lid may rise slightly due to internal pressure, creating a small gap between the lid and the body. This is normal.
(7) A clicking sound may be heard during operation. This is normal.
IV. Clean and Maintenance
1. Use warm soapy water and non-abrasive sponge to clean the inner pot, steel lid and sealing ring. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
2. If food sticks to the bottom of the inner pot, soak it for a while before cleaning, then wipe the inner pot dry.
3. Do not rinse rice in the inner pot. Rinse it in another container and then pour it into the inner pot to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
4. Use damp wash cloth to clean the middle layer, lid cover and the exterior of the cooker body.
5. If there is water on the heating plate, wipe it dry with a cloth. If there are burnt rice grains, remove them by scrubbing with steel wool or sandpaper.
6. Periodically clean the steel lid, sealing ring and pressure release valve to ensure the best taste of food.
