III. Installation Methods

  1. Before use, insert beaters or dough hooks into the mixer unit slot and rotate them to ensure proper installation.

Note: When installing the dough hooks, insert the double-ear hook into the left slot and the single-ear hook into the right slot. Incorrect installation may damage the product and cause ingredients to spill over the rim of the utensils or receptacle or roll up during mixing.

  1. After use or when the beaters or dough hooks need to be replaced, press the ejector to detach them.

IV. Instruction for Use

  1. Insert the beaters or dough hooks into slots.
  2. Immerse the beaters or dough hooks into the mixture.
  3. Plug the mixer into the wall socket.
  4. Slide the speed selector to the desired speed and start mixing.
  5. When the desired consistency is reached, slide the speed selector to "0"position. Wait until the beaters or dough hooks stop and unplug the mixer.
  6. Press the ejector to remove the beaters or dough hooks.

Notes:

  1. To avoid splashing, place the beaters or dough hooks inside the mixture before operation.
  2. The “0” speed setting corresponds to the OFF position.
  3. Select an appropriate speed according to the type of food being mixed. Always start at a low speed and gradually increase if necessary. As the mixture thickens during the process, switch to a higher speed setting to increase power and improve mixing efficiency.

IV. Clean and Maintenance

  1. Always unplug the mixer from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Detach the beaters or dough hooks from the mixer unit before cleaning.
  3. Clean the beaters or dough hooks with warm water and dry them thoroughly.
  4. Wipe the mixer unit with a slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid splashing water on the unit.
  5. Do not immerse the mixer unit in water or rinse it under running water.

 

V. Operating Precautions

  1. Ensure that the voltage of the power outlet matches the voltage indicated on the product label.
  2. Do not leave the mixer unattended during operation.
  3. Keep this product out of reach of children unless under adult supervision.
  4. Disconnect the power supply when the product is unattended, and before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
  5. Do not touch moving parts of the mixer during operation. Keep hands, clothing, and utensils such as spatulas away from the beaters or dough hookers to reduce the risk of injury or damage to the mixer.
  6. When installing the dough hooks, insert the double-ear hook into the left slot and the single-ear hook into the right slot. Incorrect installation may damage the product and cause ingredients to spill over the rim of the utensils or receptacle or roll up during mixing.
  7. Do not immerse the mixer, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid to avoid the risk of electric shock or damage to the product.
  8. Do not immerse the mixer unit in water or rinse it under running water.
  9. When removing beaters or dough hooks, point them toward an open area to avoid accidental ejection injuries.
  10. Do not operate the product continuously for more than 3 minutes to prevent motor overheating.
  11. Keep children away during operation.
  12. Do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended use.
  13. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or countertop, or come into contact with hot surfaces such as stoves.
  14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  15. Children should be supervised not to play with the appliance.
  16. Do not use the product outdoors.
  17. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazards.
  18. Switch off the power and disconnect the appliance before replacing accessories or touching moving parts.
  19. When unplugging, hold the plug firmly and pull it out from the outlet. Do not pull the power cord.
  20. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance malfunctions, is dropped, or shows any sign of damage.
  21. Using accessories not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
